Situated in one of Edinburgh’s finest Georgian Terraces this is a lovely ground floor flat. The apartment has a double and a twin bedroom, both of which have 4 piece ensuite bathrooms. The twin room can be set as a double on request. The large double windowed sitting room has magnificent views of Leith, the Firth and Fife beyond. There are 2 settees one of which is a bed settee so may sleep 2 more people. A few minutes walk to Princes St and the city centre in one direction and Holyrood Palace and the Royal Mile in the other. The flat is very well furnished and equipped. The sitting room has a large LCD TV, SkyPlus HD and DVD player, stereo with ipod doc and selection of films, CD’s, games, books and toys there is also a travel cot and highchair if required. There is also Wi-Fi access. The kitchen has a dishwasher, double oven, gas hob and microwave and there is a separate laundry room with clothes washer and dryer. Both bedrooms are to the rear of the property and are very quiet and sunny. There are wooden shutters to all the windows. The master bedroom has a four poster bed, chandelier and ensuite bath/shower room. The second bedroom has twin beds which may be zipped together to make a king-size bed if preferred. This bedroom also has an ensuite bath/shower room. All bed linen and towels are provided. Sainsbury’s supermarket and Valvona and Crolla the famous deli are a short walk away, as is the Omni centre (multiplex cinema, clubs, restaurants and bars) and Broughton Street with its small independent shops, cafes and pubs.
